SoliDuel

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

In brief: SoliDuel requires an account to play and stores your profile, game statistics, and match history on Firebase infrastructure operated by Google LLC. The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for usage insights and crash diagnostics, and may show ads through Google AdMob. We do not sell your personal data. In-match chat messages are kept for up to 30 days and reviewed only if a conversation is reported.

1. General Information

SoliDuel ("the App") is a real-time multiplayer solitaire card game developed and published by IOCODO LLC ("we", "our", "us"). Players compete head-to-head across the globe, play ranked matches, and climb the leaderboard.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you when you use the App.

2. Local Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores certain data locally on your device to support offline access, performance, and a consistent experience. Depending on how you use the App, this may include:

Some of this data is also synchronized with Firebase backend services operated by Google LLC, as described in the sections below.

3. Account and Authentication

SoliDuel requires you to create an account to access multiplayer features, ranked matches, and the leaderboard. Account creation and sign-in are handled through Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).

When you register or sign in, Firebase Authentication processes your credentials (an email address and password, or identity tokens from Google Sign-In) to verify your identity and issue a secure session. We store a user profile associated with your account (display name and email address) in Firebase services.

You may also sign in using Google Sign-In, in which case Google LLC processes your Google account credentials under its own privacy terms.

4. Data Stored in Firebase Backend Services

SoliDuel uses several Firebase services operated by Google LLC to store and synchronize data required to run the game:

In-game chat. During a match you can exchange short text messages with your opponent. Each message (text and timestamp, linked to your player ID) is delivered through Firebase Realtime Database and stored with the match record for up to 30 days after the game ends, so that reported conversations can be reviewed. Nobody reads your messages unless a player reports the conversation or we investigate abuse: in that case our staff and an automated screening step review the reported chat, and players who break the Terms of Service can lose chat access or their account. A conversation under review is kept until the case is closed. Your messages are deleted earlier if you delete your account. Guest accounts cannot use the chat.

Data stored in Firebase is subject to Google LLC's data processing terms and privacy policies.

5. Analytics and Crash Reporting

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (both Google LLC) to help us understand how the App is used and to diagnose technical issues.

You can limit ad personalization and analytics data collection through your device's advertising and privacy settings.

6. Advertising

SoliDuel may display ads using Google AdMob (Google LLC). When ads are requested or displayed, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, and other ad-related signals to serve relevant ads, under their own privacy policies and your platform settings.

We do not control third-party ad processing. You can manage your advertising preferences through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

7. Network Requests and Third-Party Services

During normal operation, the App communicates with the following third-party services:

Important: Each third-party service listed above processes data under its own privacy policy. Please review those policies directly for provider-specific details on data handling, retention, and your rights.

7.1 Artificial intelligence

Automated review of reported chats. When a player reports an in-match chat, the messages of that match are sent to Google Gemini, a service of Google, which checks them against our chat rules and returns a short classification. The result may lead to an automatic temporary chat mute or to a review by a person. We send only the messages of the reported match and the identifiers of the players in it. The content is not used to train the model. It is kept with our moderation records for as long as necessary to review the report and enforce our rules.

AI opponents. Some opponents in the game are machine-driven rather than people. They carry a visible AI label wherever they appear, and their chat replies are written from a fixed set of lines stored inside the app, so nothing you type is sent anywhere for them to answer. If we ever let an AI opponent write its replies with a hosted model instead, the app asks your permission first, naming the provider, before the first message you type is sent.

8. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the App, specifically by transmitting data to Firebase and Google services as described in this policy, or as required by law.

Google LLC acts as a data processor for the Firebase and Google services used by the App and handles your data in accordance with its own terms and policies.

9. Your Choices

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
