Terms of Use
Effective date: August 19, 2026
In brief: Torqen is free to download and play. Coins are earned by driving and are worth nothing outside the game. Leaderboards run on Apple Game Center and Google Play Games, so their rules apply there too. Drive fair and the rest of this page never matters.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Torqen ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are between you and IOCODO LLC ("we", "our", "us"), not with Apple or Google.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Torqen for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you obtained it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the App, except where the law expressly permits it;
- cheat, tamper with the game state, or submit scores the game did not produce;
- use a car name, or any other text you can enter, that is unlawful, hateful, or impersonates somebody else;
- use the App in any unlawful way.
We may remove scores that look like the result of tampering, and a store may act on its own terms independently of us.
4. Game services and leaderboards
Global leaderboards and achievements are provided through Apple Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games Services on Android. Signing in is optional and the game is fully playable without it. Those services are operated by Apple and Google under their own terms and privacy policies, and a score you submit is handled by them.
Leaderboard entries are not permanent records. A platform reset, an account change, or a score removed for tampering can all make an entry disappear.
5. Coins and in-game content
Coins are earned by driving. They are a game score, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred, and we owe you nothing for them. The same goes for worlds, upgrades and cosmetics bought with them.
Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the App, clearing its data, or moving to a new device can lose it, and we cannot restore it.
6. Purchases and advertising
Torqen does not sell in-app purchases or subscriptions. If a future release introduces purchases or advertising, that release will say so and these Terms will be updated before it ships.
7. Updates and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the App, including a world, a mode, a leaderboard or the App itself, at any time. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its code, art, sound and name belong to IOCODO LLC or its licensors. Naming a car in the game gives you no rights over anything else in it.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, IOCODO LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
11. Age
Torqen is suitable for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read these Terms with you.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of establishment of IOCODO LLC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
